“Zin” Marks a Milestone

Mindy Reed’s popular award-winning restaurant Zin American Bistro celebrated its 10th Anniversary tonight   ( 7 2 2014). She opened Zin with her late life and business partner Nicolas Klonz on Memorial Day weekend 2004. “We quickly became well known as much for our wine selection as for our food menu,” says Reed. Today, Zin American Bistro is a mainstay with locals and tourists alike.

Many crowded in the intimate eatery to enjoy an anniversary meal with Mindy and to talk about their memories of a decade of fine eating.
